Snagging Industry Leadership Among Fierce Competition from Rival Efficiency Providers

Redaptive decarbonizes commercial buildings by replacing lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) and using data to predict and confirm project outcomes. With buildings and construction responsible for 39 percent of the world’s energy-related carbon emissions, Redaptive is mission-driven to help companies reduce their energy use and utility bills, without giving anything up and with zero upfront investment required.

Since launching in San Francisco in 2013, Redaptive has expanded to 44 U.S. states and opened a second office in Denver.

Redaptive has helped many commercial property owners save energy and reduce their costs through its innovative Efficiency-as-a-Service solution. As part of AT&T’s 10x Sustainability goal, Redaptive is helping the telecom giant save $27 million a year and reduce its power use by 160 megawatt-hours by using more energy-efficient lighting and other equipment. Redaptive is helping other Fortune 500 companies save energy, reduce their power bills and reach their sustainability goals, often working in partnership with commercial real estate giant CBRE, which is a Redaptive shareholder.
